It is my belief that the reason people set New Years resolutions is either because:
- They really wish to have a different person looking at them in the mirror, or
- They spent so much time on preparing for and living through the various demands of the holiday season,
That they simply must get a grip on reality and restart.
Either way, I think the advice offered for a you here and in the previous posts is a way to get a handle on these 2 main categories.
Regarding a different you in the mirror, that really is about relationships, health and prosperity. Each of these can be tackled as a goal, and you can take a 30 day challenge to move yourself into that realm.
For 30 days, follow the advice I offer you here and in these upcoming posts. Remember that all habits can be made or broken in as little as 21 days of repetitious daily effort.
